KONPARE is a business-to-business CRM and insurance distribution platform owned and operated by Konze Enterprise Pty Ltd (“Konze”, “KONPARE”, “we”, “us” or “our”). These Terms & Conditions apply to organisations, agents and authorised users accessing the KONPARE Agent Portal.
I. Account and Authorised Use
You must provide accurate business and user information when creating or using an account. You are responsible for keeping your username, password and account access secure and for activity performed by authorised users under your organisation’s account.
You must not share login credentials with unauthorised persons, misuse the platform, attempt to bypass security controls, or access information that does not belong to your organisation.
II. Use of KONPARE Services
KONPARE may be used to obtain quotes, compare insurance options, submit applications, manage customer information, purchase policies and access related business services.
Insurance products are issued and administered by the relevant Insurance Provider. Product benefits, eligibility, exclusions, claims, cancellations and refunds remain subject to the Insurance Provider’s terms.
III. Customer Information
Where you submit personal information about a student, applicant or customer, you confirm that you are authorised to provide that information for the purpose of obtaining quotes, processing insurance applications and related services.
You must ensure the information submitted is complete and accurate. Incorrect or incomplete information may affect policy issuance or service delivery.
IV. Payments and Policy Processing
Where payment is made through KONPARE, payments may be processed by approved payment service providers such as Airwallex. KONPARE does not store full payment-card details and retains only relevant transaction references required for reconciliation, processing and support.
Where required, KONPARE may use secure automated processes, including APIs and Robotic Process Automation (RPA), to submit customer and policy information to an Insurance Provider.
V. Communications
We may contact authorised users regarding account activity, service updates, quotes, applications, policy processing, payment status, support and other operational matters related to the service.
VI. Security Responsibilities
You must take reasonable steps to protect your account and customer information, including using secure devices and networks, protecting login credentials and notifying KONPARE promptly if you suspect unauthorised access or misuse.
VII. Availability and Changes
KONPARE may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, upgrades, provider outages, internet disruptions or events outside our reasonable control. We may update, modify or discontinue features where reasonably necessary.
VIII. Suspension or Termination
We may suspend or terminate access where there is suspected misuse, a security risk, a breach of these Terms, non-payment of applicable fees or where access must be restricted for legal, operational or security reasons.
IX. Intellectual Property
KONPARE software, website content, designs and related materials remain the property of Konze Enterprise Pty Ltd or its licensors. Access to the platform does not transfer ownership of these materials.
X. Privacy
Personal information processed through KONPARE is handled in accordance with the KONPARE Privacy Policy. By using the platform, you acknowledge that relevant information may be shared with Insurance Providers and approved service providers as required to deliver the requested services.
XI. Limitation of Responsibility
KONPARE facilitates access to insurance and related services but does not underwrite insurance policies. Decisions regarding policy coverage, claims, cancellations, refunds and benefits remain with the relevant Insurance Provider.
XII. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, subject to any rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
XIII. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions when our services, security requirements, business processes or legal obligations change. The latest version will be made available through KONPARE.
